BEFORE SUBMITTING ENTRIES, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
1. Only a surname/family name should be given as the interest name and should be in capitals.
2. Submit name, location and date variants as separate submissions.
3. To cover all dates or all locations please use 'All'
For dates before a date say, for example, 'Pre 1800'
For dates after a date say, for example, 'Post 1800'
For a range of dates say, for example, '1800-1900'
4. Submit entries ONLY for interests in the county of Herefordshire.
5. Please do not send narrative or research queries. Any received will be ignored.
6. If you try to contact someone and their e-mail address is out of date, please tell me. I shall try to contact the submitter - if I am unable to then the entry will be removed.
7. If you have recently submitted an entry and it has not yet appeared on the website, please be patient. The home page carries the date when the site was last updated, so all entries after this date are in the pipeline. Please do not re-submit your entries, as this will cause duplication.
So the entry you send should look like these examples:-
NAME,location,date,submitter name or nickname,email address
SMITH,Ashperton,1850-1880,John Smith,John.Smith@mail.com

VERY IMPORTANT!! Please include in the subject line of your email "HS" followed by your SURNAME(S) interests, separated by commas. Otherwise your email will be treated as spam and deleted.
